Thank you for visiting and shopping at NEW RIDGES. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1.Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, but if you have any time-related concerns about your order, please contact us at admin@newridges.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

All items that are in-stock ship using USPS or UPS and will arrive within 2 to 15 business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2.Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

3.Shipping range

NEW RIDGES ship to most countries and regions, except for remote areas (e.g. American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau or the Pacific Islands).

Overnight Delivery/Saturday Delivery
This service is temporarily unavailable.

Delivery to Post Office boxes
Orders shipping to P.O.Box addresses will shipped via Parcel Post or US Priority mail.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO/APO
We use only USPS to ship to these destinations. If your items weigh over 2 lbs, a surcharge will be applied to the order and we’ll contact you with the exact shipping charges. You’ll be asked to approve the charges BEFORE the order is shipped. Please provide us with complete contact information during checkout, as we’ll have to cancel your order if we need follow-up approval and don’t hear from you within 48 hours. Please, note express service is not available for these destination.

4.Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5.Customs, Duties and Taxes

In view of the different shipping methods, NEW RIDGES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order unless you choose the duty-free shipping option. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6.Delayed Orders or Lost Orders

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your delivery is late or lost, please contact us with your order ID and tracking number which we sent you by e-mail.

7.Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you received your order damaged, please open a dispute with NEW RIDGES and contact us timely. We will do our best to provide you with solutions.

8.Payment options

We accept PayPal now. More payment options will be acceptable in the future.

PayPal is commonly referred to as one of the most trusted and accessible methods, which provides the safest way for shopping online.
